AI integration services that answers "how do I make AI work in my company?"
Most companies have AI ambitions and disconnected tools. We close the gap. BrightApps designs, builds, and maintains the integration layer that connects AI to the systems your team already uses — so it actually changes how the work gets done.
What we do
AI Strategy & Scoping
Before we write code, we map the workflows where AI will actually move the needle — and the ones where it won't. You leave with a written integration plan, milestones, and a clear cost-to-value picture.
Custom AI Integration Development
We engineer the integration layer between your AI model, your business tools, and your data — built to your security posture, deployed in your environment, and documented for your team.
Workflow Automation
Replace the manual coordination work between systems with plain-language, AI-driven execution. No brittle Zapier chains. No 'who clicked the trigger' debugging.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance
APIs change. Models update. Your business evolves. We maintain the integration layer so it keeps working — without forcing you onto a per-fix retainer.
Orva is the same work, already built and running.
Orva is our own AI assistant that works inside Slack. Your team asks for something in plain language, and Orva does the work across the tools you already pay for. It runs on the same engine we use when we build for clients. If Orva already does what you need, you can license it. If it doesn't, we extend it for you.
Explore OrvaWhat we can tell you about our work.
Nearly all of our work is under a confidentiality agreement, so we can't name clients or show their screens. Here is what we can say. We have built and delivered this kind of work inside large companies, federal government programs, and defense organizations. The results look similar wherever we go: hours of manual copying and chasing come off people's calendars, fewer things get dropped between systems, and jobs that used to take an afternoon finish in minutes.
- Where we have worked: large companies, government, defense, and highly regulated industries
- How we treat your data: privacy rules followed, information encrypted, and a complete record of what the system did and when
- What changes for clients: less manual work, faster turnaround, and fewer things breaking quietly
Frequently asked questions
How long does an AI integration project take?
Most engagements run 8–16 weeks from scoping to a production-grade integration in your environment. The exact timeline depends on the number of systems, the depth of workflow logic, and your compliance review process. We give you a fixed scope and milestones before any code is written.
What tools can you integrate AI with?
We work across the full modern operations stack — Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, GitHub, Harvest, Stripe, GA4, Meta Ads, and dozens more. If a system has an API or stable export, we can integrate it; we'll tell you upfront when something can't be done cleanly.
Which AI models do you build on?
We build model-agnostic and let you choose your reasoning engine — typically Claude (Anthropic) or GPT (OpenAI). The intelligence layer is your choice; the execution layer is what we engineer around it so swapping models later doesn't break the system.
Do you sell licenses, or is this custom development?
Both. BrightApps' flagship product Orva is licensed software for Slack-native execution. For requirements Orva doesn't cover out of the box, we build custom integrations on the Orva engine or as standalone systems — owned by you, with source code and documentation included.
What about security and compliance?
We design to enterprise requirements from day one: GDPR-aligned data handling, encryption at rest, least-privilege access, full audit trails, and Slack Marketplace security review when applicable. We've delivered into Fortune 500, government, and defense environments under NDA.
How do engagements get started?
Start with a discovery call. We'll evaluate fit on both sides, then scope a paid discovery engagement if it makes sense. If we're not the right team for the work, we'll tell you and refer you to a firm that is.
Ready to see what AI infrastructure actually looks like?
Discovery calls are the starting point. Tell us about your organization and we'll tell you whether we're the right fit.
